Here’s a 4-week starting curriculum that I’ve developed over years of working with students of all ages that will, if you do the work, give you rapid growth.

Once you start on this Handbook, you’re my student.  That means, I want to hear how you’re progressing!

I found that I was teaching the same 4 weeks of material to all of my students regardless of age, background, experience, or how we started working together.  I created this as a quick reference for my students that they can look back on the 10 Tools that we work on in the first 4 weeks as well as a reference for the Systemic Theory Review.

For this digital handbook, I’ve also included:

  • 4 weeks of curriculum notes as well to help guide what you work on for those weeks
  • Brain Tattoos 2-page reference sheet
  • A quick-reference explanation of my Core Concepts
  • And a list of additional resources

In my years of teaching, EVERY SINGLE STUDENT GROWS EXPLOSIVELY.  If you want to really learn how to practice, this is for you.

Using tricks of linguistics and psychology, we combine techniques from:

  • Jerry Bergonzi
  • Ralph Bowen
  • Gary Campbell
  • The Dragonball Anime
  • Jody Espina
  • George Garzone
  • Valerie Gillespie
  • Ryan Lupton
  • Rick Margiza
  • Bobby McFerrin
  • Jack Wilkins
  • Victor Wooten

If you need help, reach out and I’d be happy to help.  If you want a more guided approach, message me or leave a comment here for the more hands on course that can help.
